The treasury’s role

• Manage locked, unvested, undistributed tokens to all parties
• Manage initial coin offering
• Perform financial operations such as accounting, audits, reporting and tax
• Tokenize projects throughout the pipeline

Treasury assets are managed by the core team via a multisignature Gnosis wallet. A majority of wallet signatures will be required per transaction.
